今回は、前回に引き続きまして『【②鳥取県の魅力をご紹介！！】鳥取牛骨ラーメン・皆生温泉編』をご紹介させていただきます。

鳥取県の有名なグルメと言えば、松葉ガニやのどぐろ、21世紀梨・らっきょう・とうふちくわなど『海の幸・山の幸』ともに豊富ですが、今回はその中でも「鳥取牛骨ラーメン」をご紹介させていただきます。
それに加えて、後半では有名な「皆生温泉」についてもご紹介させていただきます。

なぜ、鳥取牛骨ラーメンは有名になったのか？Why did Tottori beef bone ramen become famous?

起源には諸説ありますが、その一つに米子市の「満洲味（ますみ）」という店が満州料理をヒントにして作られたのがルーツとあります。鳥取は、江戸時代から日本有数の牛の生産地で、戦後ほぼタダ同然で手に入った牛骨のみを出し汁にとったスープを使い、食糧難の時代を支えたと言われています。
このような歴史的背景のもと誕生し、65年経った今でも鳥取県民に愛され続けているとのことです。

私は『ローダンのラーメン通り店』にて、牛骨醤油ラーメンをいただきましたが、
あっさりスープに麺が絡んで非常に美味しかったです。鳥取県民が愛する理由が一口目でわかりました。

There are various theories about the origin, but one of them has its roots in the store called “Masumi” in Yonago City, which was inspired by Manchurian cuisine. Tottori has been one of Japan’s leading beef producing areas since the Edo period, and is said to have supported the era of food shortages by using soup made from beef bones, which was obtained almost free of charge after the war.
It was born under such a historical background, and it is said that it is still loved by Tottori citizens even after 65 years.
I had beef bone soy sauce ramen at “Rodan’s Ramen Street”.
The noodles were entwined in the light soup and it was very delicious. At a glance, I could see why Tottori citizens love it.If you have a chance to go to Tottori, please try “Beef Bone Ramen”.

皆生温泉が発見されたのは意外にも最近！？Surprisingly, Kaike Onsen was discovered recently!?

次は、『皆生温泉』についてご紹介いたします。
美保湾に面した弓ヶ浜半島の東端に米子の奥座敷と呼ばれる山陰有数の皆生温泉があります。
温泉の主成分は、ナトリウム・カルシウム塩化物泉（含塩化土類）の食塩泉。湧出量は毎分4456リットルで、鳥取県内一を誇ります。19ヶ所の源泉は最高で83度とのことです。

「皆生」という地名は、天正年間（1573年〜1592年）にこの地にあった「海池（かいけ）」が由来となっており、後に「皆生」になったのは慶応3年（1867年）のこと。地元で通俗的に呼ばれていた当て字がそのまま名称になりました。

明治33年（1900年）に浜の漁師たちが海中に泡立つ泉源を見つけ、浜辺のすぐ近くであったため、村人が露天風呂を楽しんでいたと伝わっています。また、当時の皆生海岸はイワシやアジの好漁場として漁業が盛んだったとのことです。

山陰屈指の名湯がわずか100年ほど前に発見されたと聞いて、意外に感じました。
これだけ有名な名湯なのだから、神戸の有馬温泉みたいに神話の時代からあると思っていましたので、「明治時代に発見？？」という事実に驚きが隠せなかったです。

Next, I would like to introduce “Kaike Onsen”.
At the eastern end of the Yumigahama Peninsula facing Miho Bay, there is one of the leading Kaike hot springs in the Sanin region called Okuzashiki in Yonago.
The main component of the hot spring is a sodium / calcium chloride spring (chloride-containing soil) salt spring. The amount of spring water is 4456 liters per minute, which is the highest in Tottori prefecture. The maximum of 19 sources is 83 degrees.
The place name “Kaike” is derived from the “Kaike” that was in this area during the Tensho era (1573-1592), and later became “Kaike” in the 3rd year of Keio (Kaike). 1867). The Ateji, which was commonly called locally, has become the name as it is.
It is said that the villagers enjoyed the open-air bath because the beach fishermen found a bubbling spring source in the sea in 1900 and it was near the beach. In addition, Kaike Beach at that time was said to have been a thriving fishing ground for sardines and horse mackerel.
I was surprised to hear that one of the best hot springs in Sanin was discovered only about 100 years ago.
Since it is such a famous hot spring, I thought it had been around since the mythical era like Arima Onsen in Kobe, so I couldn’t hide my surprise from the fact that it was discovered in the Meiji era.

私は『おーゆ・ランド』（鳥取県米子市皆生温泉１丁目18-1）に行きましたが、
露天風呂や炭酸風呂など、とても気持ちよかったです。
お風呂から上がった後、肌が本当にスベスベして滑らかになりました！！（予想以上にスベスベしたので、効果は予想の遥か上を行きました）ポカポカもずっと続き、最高の湯でした！
お湯自体は塩の効果で保温効果に優れ、神経痛やリウマチ、婦人病・皮膚病に特に効くとのことです。

The open-air bath and carbonated bath were very comfortable.
After getting out of the bath, my skin was really smooth and smooth! !! (Since it was smoother than expected, the effect went far beyond expectations.) The warmth continued for a long time, and it was the best hot water!
The hot water itself has an excellent heat-retaining effect due to the effect of salt, and is especially effective for neuralgia, rheumatism, gynecological diseases and skin diseases.

皆生から弓ヶ浜にかけての一帯は、東南方向に名峰大山、北に美保関、そして遥か水平線の先には後醍醐天皇ゆかりの隠岐島を望むことができる景勝地でもあります。
また、【日本の朝日100選・日本の渚100選・日本の白砂青松100選・都市景観100選】にも選ばれています。すごいですね！！

前回紹介した米子城へ行き、今回紹介した鳥取牛骨ラーメンを食べて、皆生温泉に入るというプラン
まさに【観光・グルメ・温泉】という三拍子が決まっているじゃないですか！！
